意大利黑醋蜂蜜三文魚@ad hoc
意大利黑醋蜂蜜三文魚
材料:乾䓤,蒜頭,黑醋5湯匙,白酒1湯匙,mustard 4小匙,蜂蜜1.5湯匙,三文魚柳
做法:乾䓤、蒜頭切碎後,用適量油爆香,緩緩加入黑醋、芥辣、蜂蜜、白酒,用細火煮開至稠,焗爐200度預熱,舖好鋁紙,塗上olive oil,放上三文魚,在三文魚上淋上適量汁液,放入焗爐10分鐘,可以隨意加上伴菜,比如蕃茄仔,餘下汁液可再繼續煮稠一點,伴三文魚進食
